Thanks for the feedback, we try our best to keep the community informed about the latest technologies out there.

Regarding Tarek Bohsali, believe me, the guy is a walking brain. I've worked with him for more than a year now, he's a technical encyclopedia, I seriously believe he is one of the brightest minds in the region. But in his last presentation, his laptop died few hours before the presentation, so he had to install SQL Server on his wife's machine, and sort of came up with the presentation on the spot.
